History:
ATAP originated in the early 90's as Anton Team Analysis Program, devoted to Corporate Consulting, due to the predictive metric results guided by Kolbe's team metric reporting. We found the calling in 2011 to support individuals in pursuit of new careers, relationships and/or battling life threatening health challenges.  The most outstanding observation from this year, is how accurate Kathy Kolbe was 20 years ago  at training - stating that  "Working against the grain is not sustainable". Job separation or health challenges will result (within 6 months according to data gathered) when striving behavior is 4 or more points away from self or boss/peer expectations.  Let's get aligned!
  
Is the Kolbe A Index a "Personality Test?" No.  But some behavioral traits will be predictable from your result.  While personality tests often tell you what should change, ATAP will guide you to accept and excel at who you are instinctively.  You may then distinguish your natural talent vs. the "trained" behaviors that you do have the option to change. We are not licensed Psychologists or Therapists, but will offer referrals to those whose needs go beyond our realm of experience. We encourage you to share your reports with your other health, financial and job advisers.
